Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review supplied parts in accordance with incoming inspection plan, verifying conformance with relevant requirements such as appearance, dimensions, marking, labelling etc.
• Decision making for product quality status based on inspection results (list of OK/NOK products). Relevant reports preparation. Conformation of blocked parts in the Quarantine zone
• Review of warranty returns. Preperation of technical description for reviewed scrap parts.
• Performance additional checks based on PQRM information for current products.
• Block from sales NOK parts in the system. Preparation of detailed description, photo evidance, cost of non-quality calculation for defined non-conformities to be provided to supplier
• Refistration of inspection results in relevant databases with high data accuracy
• Submitting samples for laboratory resting. Review test results

Qualifications:

• Secondary vocational education in Quality Management, Automotive, Engineering or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of vehicle construction, its repair and maintenance procedures.
• Strong skills in using measuring tools
• Proficiency in understanding and reviewing technical documents and dimensional drawings
• Good attention to detail, essential for indetifying discrepancies
• Russian - fluent, English - A2+

Qualifactions (Desired):

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering or Quality-related field.
• Exceptional accuracy and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
• Knowledge of cetification requirements for automotive market products and auto parts

Experience:

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing factory as quality inspector, incoming inspection specialist
• Experience in using various types of measuring instruments (overall dimensions, weight, hardness, etc.)
• Experience in problem solving and identifying solutions in a timely manner.
• Prior experience working in a high-perssure environment with tight deadline
