Director, Enterprise Sales - Public Sector (State, Local, Education/SLED)

Datadogのパブリックセクターセールスディレクターは、SLED（State / Local / Education・自治体・教育機関・病院・大学/研究機関）向け新規ビジネスをフルサイクルで推進するアカウントエグゼクティブチームを率い、営業戦略の立案、メンターシップ、そして日々の実行をリードします。

業務内容：

• 自治体・教育機関・病院・大学/研究機関（SLED）営業チームの管理、採用、教育、立ち上げを行い、新規契約および既存顧客のアップセルをを推進する
• 月次および四半期毎の目標を達成し、チームの年間契約目標を牽引する
• 取引規模、契約獲得率、フォーキャスト精度などの指標に基づきアカウント・エグゼクティブのパフォーマンスを管理し、成長をサポートする
• 担当顧客のエグゼクティブとの信頼関係の構築や、複雑な大規模商談や高度な交渉案件において、アカウントエグゼクティブをコーチングする
• 担当領域のGo To Market戦略を策定し、実行する
• マーケティング部門、プロダクト部門、カスタマーサクセス部門と協力し、特定のビジネスニーズに合わせたメッセージングや販促資料、カスタマー・ジャーニーマップを構築する
• 週次のフォーキャストミーティングを実施する
• 見込顧客や既存顧客とのミーティングに参加し、商談をリードして、直属メンバーをサポートする。必要に応じて、他の社内リソースも活用する

募集要項：

• B2B向けのテクノロジー企業で高いパフォーマンスを出す公共営業セールスチーム(またはエンタープライズチーム)をリードした経験
• SLED領域における営業組織の採用、マネジメント、人材育成の経験を有し、新規契約および既存顧客のアップセルを推進してきた5年以上の公共セクター営業経験がある
• ビジネスとしての価値提供に基づいた価格交渉に自信があり、法務、調達などを含めた複数のステークホルダーが関わる複雑な営業プロセスを管理できる
• IT分野における、Cレベルエグゼクティブへの営業に精通している
• 営業目標の設定と、目標達成に向けたチームメンバーのマネジメント経験がある
• 自身のメンバー（IC）としての成功体験を元にしたコーチングに情熱があり、成長中のチームに対して関連性の高いクロージング経験を共有することができる
• 東京オフィスを拠点とし、顧客との商談のために都内・その他地域への移動や国内出張が可能。年に最大4回、社内イベントのためにアメリカやAPAC地域への海外出張が可能
