The Workday Success Plans team is all about our customers and their post go-livejourney. We create programs that help customers drive real business value from their Workday applications. From feature demonstrations to full feature deployments, we deliver a wide range of programs and services designed to help customers get the most out of Workday.

You will play a central role in helping customers understand, configure, and optimize theirWorkday Integrations to meet evolving business needs. Your work will directlycontribute to customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and long-term success with the Workday platform.

The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. Responsible for acting as a trusted Workday advisor, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide customers through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations. As a Workday expert, customers will benefit from your knowledge as you share your experience, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting research to develop a deep understanding of customer questions
- and related Workday Integration concepts, ensuring you can deliver accurate
- and relevant guidance
- Delivering small-scope consulting engagements in response to customer
- requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations,
- and tips for getting the most from Workday Integrations
- Troubleshooting product configuration to identify and recommend optimal
- solutions that align with customer business requirements
- Communicating responses and value clearly and effectively to customers,
- ensuring they feel confident and supported
- Creating and delivering presentations and webinars (Accelerator Webinars)
- that show customers how to use Workday Integration features to achieve their
- business goals
- Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with a detailed deliverable calling out opportunities for optimization
- Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
- Deployments including full deployment of Workday features
- Completing and maintaining Workday product expertise and Workday
- Certification(s), along with staying familiar with the Workday roadmap
- Keeping up to date with industry practices and engaging with customers on
- relevant trends and topics
- Helping develop new programs that encourage customer feature adoption and
- drive continued value from Workday
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations, consulting, or a related
- customer-facing technical role
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio
- Certified and hands-on experience with Core Connectors, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services and most importantly Orchestrate for Integrations (O4I)
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems , including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
Other Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences, explain complex technical concepts clearly, and build trust with customers through every interaction
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and apply new Workday features, product updates, and industry developments to provide customers with up-to- date and relevant guidance. Comfortable adapting to new and unfamiliar situations and fostering a mindset of continuous learning
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and apply complex technical information related to Workday Integrations, including troubleshooting configuration issues, interpreting technical data, and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency for customers
- Time Management: Skilled at planning and managing multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high- quality consulting services and meeting deadlines effectively
- Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Workday Integration products, features, and functionality, with the ability to articulate how they meet customer needs and contribute to their business goals
- Solutions Design: Experience identifying and addressing complex business challenges by designing tailored integration solutions that align with customer requirements, improve processes, and increase efficiency Requirements Gathering: Ability to identify and document customer needs through effective discovery techniques, ensuring that solutions are clearly scoped and accurately address business objectives
