About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Strategist to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy execution, and performance optimization.
You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Lead onboarding processes and set clear expectations with clients
Conduct monthly strategy reviews and present performance insights
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, web development) to execute strategies
Address client requests, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
Monitor client performance and ensure alignment with internal success metrics
Support senior team members on strategic initiatives when needed
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and process improvements
1–2 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and website development
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
Ability to work during US business hours
Experience in the legal industry is a plus (not required)
Salary: $2,000 USD per month
100% remote – work from anywhere in LATAM
