DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As part of our continued growth in Portugal, we are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrative to join our team in Lisbon.
You will support the daily administrative and operational activities of the office, ensuring smooth internal processes and providing assistance to different departments such as finance, sales, and operations.
As the Sales Administrative, you will:
- Manage and organize administrative documentation, contracts, and internal records.
- Process invoices and assist with basic accounting and financial documentation.
- Support the sales and operations teams with order processing and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain and update internal databases and files.
- Coordinate office communications, including emails, calls, and meeting scheduling.
- Assist with supplier coordination and tracking of orders when required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Sales Administrative:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
- Experience with ERP (Netsuite).
