Email Support Representative (Night Shift)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat, placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, and general order assistance
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best in class service
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Education and Experience:
- At Least 2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required
- Experience in email support role is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat
- With Good Communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Consistent attention to detail and quality
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts
- Jeep Enthusiast/Automotive Experience a plus
