Role purpose
Support leadership with structured analysis, insights, and strategy execution to scale SSO efficiently.
Core responsibilities
- Analyse performance across revenue, operations, and marketing.
- Own research and build clear, decision-ready PowerPoint decks.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and automation using Excel, tools, and AI where relevant.
- Ensure data ownership and accuracy across key reports and systems.
- Support strategic initiatives, pilots, and expansion planning.
- Work cross-functionally to translate data into action and suggest practical business next steps.
Success metrics
- Quality and clarity of insights and PowerPoint outputs delivered.
- Adoption of recommendations by leadership.
- Improved decision speed, accuracy, and data reliability.
