W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai
Duration: 3-6 months
Responsibilities
1. Opportunity assessment and ideation
- Explore and analyze markets and trends in health tech to identify areas ripe for disruption
- Identify and network with ecosystems stakeholders and experts in the healthcare/ health-tech domain
- Help develop innovative business plans to fill key gaps in the health-tech space or develop new service lines
- Validate a well-formed thesis through user (patient, doctor) interviews, digital marketing experiments, and literature review
2. Validation and launch
- Support financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business viability and sustainability
- Work with clinical and product teams to devise experiments, product strategy, and roadmap
- Work with product and marketing team to implement marketing efforts
- Work on pilot experiments at Studio or Portfolio companies
3. Operationalization and repeatability
Identify best practices for idea validation, launch and financing from other global venture studios
Design playbook for repeatability in identifying, building, and scaling ventures
Confirmed offers from MBB/ Tier 1 consulting firms/ Healthcare companies/ Other startups
Completed MBA from a top-tier Business school is a must
2-3 years of Consulting/ Research experience/ Strategy/ Growth/ Startup related experience
Healthcare or startup experience is preferred
