Sales Development Representative for Marketing Agency (EU Based/Remote)

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to support a prominent marketing agency based in Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding our agency's reach. As a Sales Development Representative, your contributions will be essential to the growth of our clients' businesses through effective marketing solutions.
Reaponsibilties:
Build and curate lead lists using Lusha and other prospecting tools
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting US-based prospects
Write, test, and optimize outreach messaging that reflects our tone and mission
Send personalized InMails using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Follow up on responses, manage conversations, and book discovery calls via Calendly
Maintain and update CRM and outreach tools regularly
Continuously improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify potential campaign strategies that resonate with prospects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with proven success in marketing or media agency settings (non-negotiable)
Strong copywriting and personalization skills — you can craft compelling, human-first outreach messages
Proficient in outreach tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) — excellent written and verbal communication is a must
Strong understanding of outreach best practices and ethical, value-driven sales approaches
Experience booking meetings for founders, consultants, or agency leaders
Ability to conduct market research and identify target leads.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software.
Preferred Experience:
Background working with media or communications agencies
Experience working with or selling to public institutions (EU, UN, NGOs) or within the European impact space
Familiarity with mission-driven or purpose-led organizations
