**Role Description**This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves resolving support tickets, analyzing technical challenges, and delivering effective solutions while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Fully remote, work from home
Salary: ZAR 20,000-22,000/month, commensurate with skills and experience
Availability to work during EST business hours
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues effectively
Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems and identifying solutions
Experience in Customer Support and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Skilled in clear communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in a technical support role is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or technical support are a plus
