Lead Service Excellence Across Critical Government Services
We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Executive (CDE) to provide senior delivery leadership across a complex government account spanning Service Desk, Field Services, Modern Device Management, and Service Management.
This is not an operational management role.
It is a senior leadership position focused on delivery assurance, governance, and commercial accountability, working through influence and strong partnerships with service line leaders to uplift service maturity, quality, and performance.

The Opportunity
As the Client Delivery Executive, you will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes across the account. You will lead end‑to‑end service delivery through structured governance, clear performance oversight, and collaborative engagement, ensuring services are consistently delivered in line with contractual commitments and client expectations.
You will work closely with the Client Executive, service line leadership, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across operational delivery, project activity, and executive engagement, while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance and risk management.
Your Impact
- Delivery Leadership
You will provide end‑to‑end delivery leadership across multiple service lines, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service outcomes through effective service assurance, performance oversight, and strong collaboration with Service Desk, Field Services, Modern Device Management, and Service Management leaders.
- Governance & Assurance
You will establish and lead disciplined account‑level governance, ensuring clear accountability, proactive risk and issue management, and continuous uplift in service maturity. Your leadership will ensure operational and project activities are aligned, transparent, and well‑controlled.
- Commercial Accountability
You will own delivery‑side financial performance for the account, partnering with commercial and service line leaders to protect margin, maintain cost discipline, and identify and mitigate delivery and commercial risks early.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Proven experience in senior service delivery, client delivery, or account leadership roles within government or managed services environments
Strong understanding of IT service delivery and ITSM practices, with the ability to lead at a service assurance and governance level
Demonstrated success leading through influence in complex, matrixed delivery environments
Commercial acumen, with experience managing delivery performance, cost drivers, and margin outcomes
Strong executive‑level communication skills and the confidence to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders
Active NV1 or NV2 clearance
