【工作职责:】
增长新业务:
1、 绘制本区域内的白点销售地图
2、 挖掘竞争对手客户
3、 定期向潜在客户介绍泰华施的专业能力,并使泰华施的专业能力能够与客户的目标达成一致
客户关系:
1、 与不同部门的相关利益人保持日常联系
2、 对客户的重要新闻,信息变更需及时告知大区经理及行业经理(如人员/职务变更,扩厂计划,新产品等信息)
3、 快速有效地解决客户申诉-清洗效果,成本,库存,其他支持等
客户服务:
1、 保证工厂按照事先的计划进行服务并达到预期的服务拜访的结果
2、 根据服务报告格式/指引记录所有应用的操作参数
3、 监控泰华施安装的添加设备的运行情况
4、 对泰华施产品的使用耗量记录在案
【任职条件:】
1. 食品技术及工程专业大专及以上学历
2. 2年在食品及饮料相关行业工作经验,相关技术经验
3. 良好的沟通技巧
4. 产品应用基础知识
5. 良好服务态度
Job Responsibilities:
New Business Growth
- Map out the white-space sales map within the assigned region.
- Identify and engage with competitors' clients.
- Regularly present TASKI’s professional capabilities to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain daily communication with stakeholders from different departments of clients.
- Timely inform the regional manager and industry manager of key client news and changes (e.g., personnel/position changes, factory expansion plans, new product launches, etc.).
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively—covering issues such as cleaning efficacy, cost, inventory, and other support needs.
Customer Service
- Ensure the factory delivers services as pre-planned and achieves the expected outcomes of service visits.
- Record all applied operational parameters in accordance with the specified service report format/guidelines.
- Monitor the operational status of TASKI-installed equipment.
- Keep a record of consumption metrics for TASKI products.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above in Food Technology and Engineering.
- 2 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry, with relevant technical expertise.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of product applications.
- A proactive service attitude.
