Danish Customer Service Agent in Greece - Remote/On-site
Are you a native or fluent Danish speaker who loves helping people and dreams of a Mediterranean lifestyle? We're looking for enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our client's vibrant international team in Greece either remotely or on-site.
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (or chat/email expert) supporting Danish customers for a leading global brand in tech, e-commerce, automotive, or entertainment. Your mission: resolve inquiries quickly, deliver top-notch service, and turn every interaction into a positive experience!
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Danish
Analyze issues, consult knowledge bases or team experts, and provide accurate, efficient solutions
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high satisfaction scores
Share insights with the team to help improve processes and services
Native or near-native fluency in Danish (C1-C2)
Solid English skills (B2)
Good computer skills and tech-savviness - comfortable working with multiple screens, CRM software, MS Office tools, fast typing, and navigating digital platforms efficiently
A positive, customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
No prior experience required - the company offers paid training!
Competitive Salary **(**1.300€ - 1500€ gross/per month)
