Senior Marketing Coordinator
🎯 Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the marketing department—owning campaign execution, organization, and reporting across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer initiatives.
This role bridges creativity and precision: managing the marketing calendar, executing campaigns through Klaviyo and Shopify, optimizing content visibility (SEO), and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and on brand.
While this role manages and reports marketing performance metrics, overall campaign outcomes (CTR, ROI, and sales) are shared with leadership and channel managers.
đź§© Key Responsibilities
Review Generation• Design and build a review request system across DTC and Amazon• Ensure eligible orders receive review requests; track and iterate on results
Email Marketing • Own Klaviyo—campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing • Build lifecycle sequences (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP) • Report on open rates, CTR, and revenue impact weekly
Listings, SEO & Conversion • Optimize product listings and copy across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom • Improve keyword ranking and organic visibility on Amazon and Nordstrom • Drive organic traffic to Shopify through Google SEO • Identify and fix conversion barriers on the DTC storefront
Marketing Operations • Manage the master marketing calendar across DTC, retail, and email • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution • Pull weekly performance reports; partner with Finance/Ops on launches
5–8 years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaigns—with progressive ownership of metrics and systems
Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform)
Strong copywriter—email, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice
Search optimization—Google SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility
Analytical—reads data, draws conclusions, acts on them
Multi-channel—familiar with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce
Excellent English writing; experience working remotely
Technical Skills : Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
