Administrative Business Partner (Temporary)
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to some of our leaders within our People/HR Organization. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into various teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency in leadership support.
You’ll be supporting up to 5 members of our People Leadership Team (PLT) - all Directors or Sr. Directors reporting into the Chief People Officer (CPO). This role will also work very closely with the ABP to the CPO, Serena Szwanek on various initiatives and projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted business partner, quickly adapting to the needs of different leaders and teams.
- Support leaders with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Manage complex calendars, resolving conflicts and optimizing time allocation across internal and external commitments
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives, following up to ensure completion and acting as a liaison between leadership and their teams.
- Schedule and attend key meetings, capturing clear notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and documentation.
- Aggregate and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals to maintain alignment and efficiency across leadership teams.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly ramping up to understand evolving team needs.
- Strong operational instincts to anticipate needs, spot issues early, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Self-awareness about capacity and ability to communicate bandwidth limits proactively.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly Google Calendar and Gmail.
- 2+ year(s) of administrative support experience, bonus points for supporting HR or Operations teams.
- Experience and comfort with tools like Discord, Notion, Claude, Ramp
This position is temporary. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties).
The US base salary range for this temporary full-time position is $108,000 to $121,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
