Hauptaufgaben:

Wareneingang & Lagerung:

• Warenannahme, -prüfung und Einlagerung

• Durchführung von Inventuren und Bestandsanalysen

Kommissionierung & Versand:

• Kommissionierung und Versandvorbereitung

• Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Versandetiketten

• Verpackung und Verladung

• Disposition von Paketdiensten und Speditionen

Kommunikation & Reporting:

• Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen

• Dokumentation und Reporting von Kennzahlen

Optimierung & Qualitätssicherung:

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Anforderungen:

• Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbare kfm. Ausbildung

• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik des Handels, der Industrie oder Spedition

• technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis

• Kenntnisse versandspezifischer Anforderungen

• Englischkenntnisse

• fundierte und sichere EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft-Office-Paket), ERP-System (SAP)
