Manager, Strategic Partnerships

About the Role As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and performance of Flex’s most important enterprise partnerships. You will be a hands-on operator responsible for prioritizing and executing partnership initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. You’ll leverage strategy and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance- driving measurable results and lasting partner impact.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining data-driven insights with hands-on execution. Additionally, this position is available to candidates working 2-3 days a week hybrid in either our NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City office. Candidates relocating to our hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance.
