Du willst im Tech Sales durchstarten und eine Schlüsselrolle im Wachstum eines Unternehmens übernehmen? Als Enterprise Account Development Representative bei Trustpilot hast du die Chance, den stark wachsenden Enterprise-Bereich an unserem brandneuen Standort in Hamburg mitzugestalten und dich langfristig weiterzuentwickeln. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Enterprise Account Executives zusammen, lernst ihre Strategien kennen und baust dir eine Karriereperspektive im Vertrieb auf. Dabei profitierst du von einem internationalen Team mit Kolleg:innen aus ganz Europa, während du für den DACH-Markt zuständig bist.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du identifizierst und kontaktierst potenzielle Neukunden im Enterprise-Segment – per Telefon, E-Mail und über weitere Kanäle.
• Du nutzt verschiedene Strategien und Tools, um gezielt große Unternehmen als Kunden zu gewinnen.
• Du recherchierst potenzielle Kunden und findest heraus, welche geschäftlichen oder technischen Herausforderungen Trustpilot lösen kann.
• Du organisierst Demos und Anrufe zwischen potenziellen Kunden und unseren Sales Executives.
• Du baust eine hochwertige Pipeline auf und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Sales Executives Marktstrategien.
• Du entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt im Tech Sales weiter und lernst, mit Revenue-Zielen und Vertriebsdruck umzugehen.

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Sales oder Tech-Sales – das ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
• Du bist hochmotiviert und hast Interesse daran, Unternehmen und ihre Geschäftsmodelle zu verstehen.
• Du bist lernbereit und möchtest dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und lässt dich von Niederlagen nicht entmutigen – im Gegenteil, sie treiben dich noch mehr an.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert.
• Du hast Lust, in einem dynamischen, internationalen Team zu arbeiten und von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen zu lernen.
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Einwände souverän meistern.
