Your Role:

Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
Be the go-to expert on innovative products and services.
Solve customer challenges by offering tailored troubleshooting solutions.
Provide guidance on advanced cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.
Support inquiries about purchases, warranties, repairs, and more.
Native Norwegian speaker.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
Familiarity with its products (or interest in learning) is an advantage!
Ability to relocate to Greece.
EU Passport holder.
