Hotel Manager
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to take full ownership of operations at a luxury seaside hotel in Chania, Crete.
This high-impact role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across the property. You will coordinate all departments and ensure the hotel consistently delivers outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance), ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
Coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive strategies to maximize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across the property.
Address complex operational challenges and guest feedback with professionalism and timely resolution.
Collaborate with ownership or senior management on strategic planning, resource allocation, and departmental alignment.
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or management, preferably in property, luxury, or lifestyle hotel settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams toward ambitious goals.
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
Proven decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities.
