We invite you to join our Shared Service Center Record to Report Team as a General Ledger Accountant!
With us you will be responsible for:
- Perform General Ledger and Fixed asset accounting, including preparation and posting of journal, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Perform monthly, quarterly, yearly financial closing activities
- Support internal customers in general accounting matters and respond to queries
- Support other team members in accounting related matters, be an accounting expert and advisor when needed
- Provide necessary accounting information to auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items
- Participate in finance process improvements in cooperation with other stakeholders
- Take part in various internal development initiatives
We expect you to have:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting area
- Good knowledge of accounting principles. Work experience of at least 2 years in financial accounting or audit assistance
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible, punctual, service minded and supportive personality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team worker, good at supporting others and good at collaboration
