Senior Data Analyst
Senior Data Analyst needed to turn product data into actionable intelligence, requiring 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization.
About the role:
You will be part of the Analytics & Insights product team—a cross-functional group of data engineers, analysts, designer and software engineers dedicated to turning product data into clear, actionable intelligence that guides strategic decisions. Day to day you’ll partner with Engineering to keep our data pipelines and models robust, collaborate with Product Managers to design meaningful telemetry and experiments, and provide timely analyses to colleagues in Sales, Customer Success and Strategy so they can better serve our customers.
The deliverables you create—dashboards, self-service reports and concise narrative analyses—will inform decisions across the company, influencing both product direction and commercial conversations. Your success will rest on upholding data quality, championing best-practice analytics and keeping a diverse set of stakeholders aligned on common goals. Key requirements:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with proven expertise in writing complex SQL and working with large datasets.
- You're comfortable using statistical programming languages such as R or Python and are familiar with modern data transformation tools like dbt.
- You have hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and are confident in presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Your strong communication skills help you translate data into narratives that drive product thinking and decision-making.
- You’re structured in your approach, proactive in identifying opportunities for impact, and thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key.
- It would be an advantage if you have a background in statistics and machine learning.
