Join Philips’ global Capability Management & Tranformation team and contribute to the coordination, creation, and delivery of training programs that support global standard processes across supply chain, R&D, commercial teams, and respiratory‑related business domains.
In this role, you will collaborate with trainers, change managers, and business process experts to ensure high‑quality training materials, structured deployment planning, and smooth execution of learning activities. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will help synchronize training plans, improve content consistency, and support capability development efforts for diverse audiences worldwide. This internship offers a 50/50 split between *s***upporting global capability‑**building programs, including training design, planning, and user engagement. Coordinating training execution, including logistics, stakeholder alignment, session readiness, tracking participation, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Your role:
Training Material Development Support
Prepare and format training materials (slides, user guides, quick reference guides, exercises) based on inputs from BPEs and the Change/Capability team
Ensure materials follow templates, branding, and structural standards
Consolidate contributions from different creators into consistent training packs
Maintain version control and ensure the latest content is available
Training Deployment Coordination
Support planning and logistics for training sessions (calendar, invitations, materials, readiness)
Prepare final training packs and ensure trainers receive all required content
Collect updated materials from trainers and ensure session readiness
Training Repository & Knowledge Management
Maintain the central repository (SharePoint or equivalent)
Ensure correct file naming, versioning, and accessibility
Track updates and archive outdated materials
Training Data & Feedback Tracking
Track participation, attendance, and completion
Consolidate participant feedback (surveys/forms)
Maintain dashboards or trackers for deployment status and insights
Continuous Improvement Support
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in training content
Support updates based on trainer or user feedback
Help improve learning assets, training packs, and instructional quality
Cross**‑**functional Collaboration
Coordinate with global teams to align training plans
Support training execution for R&D, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders
Work on synchronizing activities across different audiences and topic owners
You're the right fit if:
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably MBA
You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
You have strong communication and collaboration skills
You are structured, self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
You have experience or interest in: training coordination or instructional support, capability building or organizational development, and working with cross‑functional teams
You have skills in:
MS Excel & PowerPoint
Document and content management
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Basic video recording / editing
Basic Generative AI tools
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net. Paid holidays per internship term.
