As a Business Analysis Expert at Müller's Solutions, you will be instrumental in leading complex business analysis initiatives. Your primary focus will be on gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements while providing strategic insights to improve processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and translated into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis efforts, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives
Utilize advanced analysis techniques to model and propose innovative solutions
Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including workflow diagrams and process maps
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders
Support project teams through all project phases, from initiation to implementation
Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects
Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with process modeling and documentation tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are highly desirable
