HackerOne is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our fast-growing technology company.
You will drive corporate financial planning, forecasting, and decision support, partnering with senior leadership across departments to enhance financial performance and scalability.
In addition to managing budgets and financial models, you will contribute to key strategic initiatives, including capital allocation, business case development, and process optimization.
This position reports to the VP of Strategic Finance.

We are seeking candidates located in Austin, Seattle, San Fran, or DC, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed.
While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Corporate Finance Manager, you will:
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with business leaders: Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Provide insights on key business drivers, unit economics, and performance trends.
Support executive decision-making: Prepare financial presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
Optimize capital allocation: Assess ROI for strategic initiatives, investments, and corporate development opportunities.
Enhance financial systems and reporting: Identify automation opportunities and implement best-in-class financial tools.
Drive process improvements: Establish scalable finance processes to support hyper-growth and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in ERP systems (Workday or similar) and planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, etc.).
Compensation Bands:
Tier A: 130k - 150k
Tier B: 120k - 140k
