As the Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics & Insights, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling scalable growth and optimizing revenue operations for our 1Password. You will leverage your expertise to drive data-informed decision-making, deliver actionable insights, and align efforts across the organization to achieve revenue and organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models: including subscription-based revenue streams, customer retention strategies, and the nuances of recurring revenue performance.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and improve operational efficiencies. As a key leader within the Revenue Operations team, you’ll mentor a high-performing team of analysts, ensuring they deliver value through cutting-edge analytics and insights. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, ensuring that data and analytics remain at the forefront of our SaaS growth strategy.

What we're looking for:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a managerial capacity, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
Proven track record of driving impactful initiatives in SaaS revenue operations, including ARR growth, churn reduction, and customer retention.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and SaaS-specific revenue metrics like ARR, MRR, NRR, and LTV (Lifetime Value).
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms to support SaaS operational goals.
Strategic Acumen:
Ability to design and track KPIs relevant to SaaS businesses, driving actionable insights that inform strategy and execution.
Expertise in aligning data-driven insights with SaaS growth objectives, ensuring measurable impact across the organization.
Communication & Collaboration:
Skilled in translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in partnering with GTM, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and results.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue, retention, and expansion strategies.
Familiarity with key SaaS metrics and the ability to influence decisions that drive sustainable growth.
What you can expect:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute strategies that align with our SaaS business model, focusing on operational efficiencies and revenue growth across the GTM (Go-to-Market) teams.
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in planning cycles and deliver actionable insights to optimize revenue operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that inform strategic priorities and decisions.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze pipeline trends, ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and retention metrics to provide actionable insights that guide SaaS strategy.
Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking to enhance predictability and alignment with business goals.
Partner with FP&A to support quota design, territory planning, and the development of accurate, data-driven revenue targets.
Collaboration & Enablement:
Work closely with GTM leadership to enhance planning, execution, and decision-making processes tailored to a SaaS environment.
Create training materials and collaborate with Enablement teams to deliver field trainings on best practices and data utilization.
Partner with GTM teams to optimize prospecting efforts, refine retention strategies, enhance customer segmentation, and improve the overall customer journey through data-driven insights.
Executive Reporting:
Build and maintain dashboards that track SaaS-specific revenue metrics, including ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and churn rates.
Develop executive-level presentations for "run the business" and "change the business" meetings, providing updates on key revenue metrics and strategic initiatives.
Communicate progress on strategic projects and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Forecasting & Planning:
Lead forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with SaaS-specific growth goals, including ARR and expansion targets.
Monitor pipeline health and conversion rates to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring sustainable growth.
Provide actionable insights for resource allocation, territory design, and sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
GTM Optimization:
Partner with GTM teams across the revenue funnel to enhance prospecting, streamline the sales process, and improve lead-to-revenue conversion rates.
Work with Customer Success teams to map and enhance the customer journey, focusing on driving engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $158,000 USD and $214,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $136,000 CAD and $184,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA, Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
