Global Talent Lead
Lead global talent acquisition strategy, recruit senior roles, and manage a high-performing recruiting team.
We are looking for a Global Talent Lead to drive our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and lead a high-performing recruiting team across multiple regions. In this role, you will shape how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across business functions from defining global hiring frameworks to ensuring a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead, coach, and develop a global Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Drive and execute 360 recruitment for strategic and senior-level roles, ensuring excellence in stakeholder management and candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, anticipate priorities, and develop proactive hiring plans.
- Design and optimize recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and data visibility across regions.
- Build a data-driven culture, tracking and analyzing KPIs to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Stay informed on talent market trends, bringing fresh perspectives to sourcing, assessment, and employer branding.
ABOUT YOU:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, or people leadership, ideally within global or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience leading and scaling recruiting teams across regions and functions.
- Track record in executing senior and strategic hires, balancing hands-on recruiting with team leadership.
- Strong understanding of non-tech business functions and leadership profiles (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance, etc.).
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, comfortable with reporting and strategic workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Proven ability to lead teams and projects, driving impact through collaboration and clarity.
- High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving context.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
