Role Summary
Platzi is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to grow our enterprise customer base across Latin America. This role focuses on building relationships with large organizations, understanding their learning and development needs, and delivering tailored solutions through Platzi Business. You will own the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and long-term partnership development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative selling
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on large deals (USD $70K+) targeting organizations with 500+ employees
- Engage VP and C-level executives to understand their business needs and present tailored learning solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and consistently meet or exceed quota
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales for SaaS products or similar solutions, with a focus on Latin American markets
- Demonstrated track record of closing large deals (USD $70K+) with enterprise clients (500+ employees)
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client pain points and present tailored solutions
- Proven experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders, with excellent executive presence and communication
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Resilient, results-oriented, and self-motivated
- Spanish and English proficiency B2 or above (written and verbal)
- Nice to have: experience in high-growth startups or B2G (business-to-government) sales environments
Compensation & Benefits
๐ This position is based in San Francisco, California. In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162, as amended by SB 642), the good-faith base salary range for this role is $120,000โ$150,000 annually, plus commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $240,000โ$300,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.. Platzi does not inquire about or consider prior salary history in compensation decisions.
