About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable migration specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered migration and operational systems.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to migration processes, implementation strategies, requirements, and practical aspects of migration projects
Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
Draft realistic migration scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. migration specialist, client, project manager, or vendor)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated migration content
In simple terms:You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true migration reasoning, authentic procedures, and practical approaches. Rather than conducting traditional migration work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about migration processes at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level migration specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing migration strategies and projects
Skilled at evaluating migration processes, requirements, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
