Financial Systems Manager
Lead the global rollout of Business Central, translate business needs into system requirements, and support finance teams.
We are looking for a Financial Systems Manager with a structured mindset, who loves to build and improve our finance systems and processes and always finds a way to get things done! The Financial Systems and Process Innovation team is central in providing a high quality finance infrastructure which enables timely, accurate and controlled reporting and accounting processes across all Fever markets globally. You will:
- Lead the global rollout of Business Central across 40+ countries, coordinating with the entire finance team to standardize processes while accommodating local requirements
- Act as the key liaison between finance, data, product, other internal teams, and external partners, translating business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions
- Configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, consolidation, etc.) and support end-to-end implementation, including data migration and user setup
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, leading system enhancements, and staying current on Business Central updates
- Develop and document global finance processes and controls, ensuring consistency, compliance, and audit readiness across entities
- Deliver user training, onboarding, and support, building system expertise within local and central finance teams, provide user support
- Administer and maintain Business Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with finance operations
- Monitor and manage user roles and permissions, maintaining appropriate access controls and segregation of duties
ABOUT YOU
- You have 6-10 years solid, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially across finance modules like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and consolidation
- You’ve played a key role in multiple Business Central implementations or rollouts, ideally across multiple entities or countries
- You understand core finance processes and accounting principles, and can effectively support finance teams from a systems perspective
- You thrive in fast-paced, international environments, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Your written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
