Technical Team Lead

BlackStone eIT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our innovative software development team. As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster professional growth and high-quality outcomes.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software applications.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and implementing modern development methodologies.

• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and work proactively to resolve technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

• Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to BlackStone eIT’s technology stack.

• Experience with cloud platforms, continuous integration/delivery, and agile development methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
