We are looking for a motivated individual to support SAP consultants in becoming job-ready by guiding them on resume building, interview preparation, and career readiness aligned with the North American job market.

Help consultants convert SAP project experience into strong resumes
Train candidates on using internal resume-building tools
Conduct weekend sessions for resume and interview preparation
Provide career guidance, motivation, and confidence-building support
Improve candidates’ communication and presentation skills
Schedule and coordinate mock interviews
Track candidate progress until placement readiness
Experience in recruitment, coaching, or placement support
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Understanding of IT/SAP projects (preferred)
Ability to motivate and guide candidates
Availability for evening and weekend work

Candidate responsible for taking the sessions in a weekend for USA and Canda students who completed their training and live projects on SAP. Taking the sessions for resume building for each candidate.Per session it will be 800-1000 per session it is the part time job and remote Job completely.
