Role: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Experience: 3–8 years

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and customize our AI platform within their environments.

Responsibilities

Deploy platform into customer VPCs / environments
Integrate with customer systems (CRM, data platforms, APIs)
Configure secure connectivity (VPC, PrivateLink, IAM)
Customize AI workflows for QA automation and insights
Troubleshoot across cloud, APIs, and AI pipelines
Act as the bridge between customers and core engineering

Required Skills

Strong AWS experience (VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS)
Backend/API development (Python, Node.js, or Java)
Experience with cloud networking and security
Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs / GenAI applications
Exposure to enterprise SaaS deployments
Multi-cloud experience (Azure/GCP)
