About the Team
The Data Analytics & Reporting team delivers analytics, reporting, and automation solutions across Finance Operations, supporting Collections, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Payroll, and Record-to-Report (R2R) functions.
We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive reporting excellence, deliver actionable insights, and build scalable data solutions that enhance operational and financial performance. This role will support the broader Shared Services ecosystem, with a strong focus on enabling integrated, consistent, and insight-driven decision-making across finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights for financial and operational decision-making.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, automate code generation (SQL/Python), and optimize data workflows and pipelines.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders (Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, T&E) to improve processes, resolve data issues, and align reporting.
- Apply financial knowledge to support key processes such as close, reconciliations, and performance reporting across Shared Services.
- Drive automation and continuously improve data processes using modern tools and technologies.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to deliver scalable and standardized analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- 7–9+ years of experience in data analytics, solving complex business problems.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and GitHub.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance productivity, automate development, and improve data workflows.
- Strong background in Financial Services or Accounting, with a solid understanding of core financial concepts (e.g., General Ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting).
- Ability to apply financial knowledge across multiple domains such as P2P, R2R, Payroll, and T&E.
- Experience working with large datasets and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an ownership-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to collaborate with NA, EU, and APAC stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Shared Services functions (P2P, R2R, Payroll, T&E).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Salesforce, and SAC.
- Exposure to building or optimizing data pipelines using modern data stack tools.
Additional Information
- Candidates who are available to join at short notice will be preferred.
- Dedicated to be in the Bengaluru office 3 days per week, encouraging a strong onsite culture for the global hub.
