- Work with the Data, Sales tools and Martech teams to pipe regional engagement and intent signals data into the CRM in an actionable format for reps
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Sales Ops teams, to monitor and track performance, and deliver insights to demand gen and revenue teams

- You have experience building automations and workflows to support sales or marketing teams.
- You have an agile mindset and are comfortable with rapid prototyping.
- You prefer to build a "Version 1" automation and iterate based on regional feedback rather than waiting for a six-month roadmap.

- You have a proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders from commercial and product teams, and achieve targets and metrics in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle pressures and meet targets in hyper-growth environment, while having a keen eye for details
- A team player who works both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment with a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles, capable of adapting to a fast-growing organization;
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, leading a team to execute an initiative while also pitching in personally;
