You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

What you need to know about this position:
The Assistant is responsible for:
To provide administrative support to the management.
organising meetings
booking transport and accommodation
organising company events or conferences
ordering stationery and furniture
preparing letters, presentations and reports
liaising with suppliers and clients
responsible for hotel and office maintenance/cleaning/admin issues\airtickets
responsible for catering/canteen for whole staff team
responsible for cleaning of the offices and the guest house in collaboration with cleaners
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Experienced with Secretary functions.
Office management.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Education / Certifications:
Should be a College Graduate or higher.
Having related courses in Business Administration
Extensive experience with computers and all types of office packages.
Microsoft Office, power point, excel etc.
Experience with making presentations.
Job specific requirements:
To provide office support in terms of photocopying, writing memo, meeting arrangement.
Arrange/maintain schedule (calendar) of meetings, appointments, coordinate and book travel itineraries.
Perform other admin functions as maybe required from time to time.
