Required Qualifications : Engineering Manager (Automation,Python, Selenium)
Technical Leadership
Own and drive the stability and scalability of the automation framework.
Provide long-term, sustainable technical solutions and guidance to the team.
Lead external collaborations involving the automation framework with clarity and accountability.
Promote and implement quality gates for all new enhancements to ensure robust delivery.
A high level of comfort with code is required. A large portion of your time will be spent providing architectural and design guidance to your team and providing feedback on code as well as coding standards and guidelines. You can expect to be the owner and take accountability for the quality of your code. You will need to become very familiar with the market we operate in and problems the product addresses. Understand the challenges and limitations of the existing system. You will contribute to refactor and redesign efforts that involve driving order-of-magnitude performance improvement in services while ensuring they are extensible to support innovative new use cases. You are also expected to maintain and develop appropriate technical and professional skills which will you to drive innovation within the platform
Build, mentor and manage a team of Engineers focused on product automation and quality
Establish test automation, design and development processes to deliver high-quality test software in a fast-paced environment
Develop a deep understanding of the platform components and how they interact. Build and execute on a roadmap to ensure we're delivering software with the highest enterprise-level standards.
Team player who can work with multiple stakeholders in Dev, QE, Release Management to deliver high quality releases
Technical Proficiency
Demonstrates strong foundational expertise in tools such as Git, Pycharm, SSH, and selenium,
Possesses deep product knowledge and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues.
Capable of reviewing and guiding technical decisions, including code reviews, design discussions, and architectural choices.

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai
Location Type: HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays
