About the role
We’re looking for an Office Facilities & Procurement Administrator to join our Taipei office, supporting around 200 employees in a fast-paced, highly visible role. This position plays a critical part in keeping the workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, working closely with the local management team and global Facilities/HSE colleagues.
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role covering facilities, procurement, and vendor management. Based full-time in the office (5 days per week), this is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key operational role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, supplies, and general workplace coordination
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, asset tracking, and landlord liaison
- Support office security and access control for employees and visitors
- Coordinate health, safety, and compliance activities, including inspections and emergency preparedness
- Handle end-to-end procurement for office needs, ensuring cost-effective and timely purchasing
- Process invoices accurately and support financial tracking and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
- Collaborate with local leadership and global teams to ensure operational consistency
To be successful, you will have...
- Experience in office administration, facilities, procurement, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy, varied workload
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving
- Confidence working both independently and with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin (or local language), with working-level English
- Experience managing vendors or suppliers is an advantage
- Awareness of workplace safety or compliance practices is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and grow across multiple functional areas
