About Job

Email Annotation: Annotate emails for AI filters machine learning.
Email Examination: Review various email elements, including appearance, headers, links, and attachments. Analyze online resources related to internet domain and IP address reputations to determine email categories.
Malicious URL Identification: Detect and block malicious URLs and phishing attempts to protect recipients and maintain email security.
Data Labeling: Label a diverse pool of data, including emails, messages, and statements, for use in training and improving AI and machine learning models.
Process Adherence: Ensure all operational sections adhere to established processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
KPI Management: Monitor and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Propose and implement initiatives or improvement plans as needed to address any shortfalls.
Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day service operations and departmental administration as required.
