Director, Corporate FP&A
Lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategic planning, and partner with the C-suite to optimize business performance.
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Corporate FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own Corporate FP&A Strategy – Lead the annual and long-range financial planning processes, quarterly forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization. Enhance and enable speed to insights and decentralized accountability for performance.
- Enable Strategic Decision-Making – Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven insights to support executive leadership in key strategic decisions, including capital allocation, growth initiatives, and M&A opportunities.
- Drive Enterprise Value Growth – Establish frameworks to track and enhance company performance, ensuring financial discipline, alignment to company objectives and maximizing shareholder value.
- Enhance Financial Reporting & Analytics – Build and optimize reporting structures to provide real-time visibility into financial performance, deepen financial analytics to deliver actionable insights, aligning executive reporting to objectives and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with business leaders across product, sales, operations, and strategy to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Team Leadership & Development – Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and strategic impact.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in Corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
- Experience in a high-growth technology company is essential.
- MBA or Masters in related discipline is required; CFA is a plus
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic financial decisions.
- IPO and/or investment banking experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and scale a world-class FP&A function.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
