Role Overview
The Property Management Assistant will support day to day operations for property managers, tenants, and vendors. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills. You will help ensure smooth property management workflows by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing records, and providing responsive support to clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant communications through email, chat, or phone
- Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services
- Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files
- Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors
- Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers
- Support onboarding and lease renewals for tenants
- Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow up
- Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in property management support or relevant administrative roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Familiarity with property management software or CRMs is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Problem solving mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently while supporting a busy property management team
