We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate IT Administrator. This position will report to the IT Manager of the organization and will have below-mentioned responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to users
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Liaising with the Construction Sector IT team to resolve issues
- Liaising with Group IT team to resolve issues
- Liaising with the vendors to resolve issues
- Supporting IT Admin related tasks in other branches
Individual Skills
- Analytical capability, problem-solving capability and multi-task ability
- Stakeholder relationship management and high ability to work as a team
- Excellent written and oral communication
Mindset and Behaviour
- The high degree of integrity and transparency
- High level of energy, autonomy, motivation, service, customer focus, resilience
- The high degree of emotional intelligence
- Adaptable to fast working environments and comfortable with working under pressure
