Product Manager - Customer Experience (f/m/d)
Product Manager needed to drive delivery of key features, understand user needs, and collaborate with Engineering and Design teams.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our Customer Experience Optimization teams.
What to expect?
- Own end-to-end delivery of key features within a product, across analytics, personalization, experimentation, or optimization
- Run product discovery to deeply understand user needs through research and stakeholder collaboration
- Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes
- Translate insights into actionable requirements and roadmap priorities
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive real customer value
- Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration and prioritization
- Contribute to an iterative, outcomes-driven product culture
What you need to be successful
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/AI-focused products
- Proven track record of shipping features that deliver customer and business value
- Strong product discovery skills — comfort with ambiguity, research, and validation
- Familiarity with technical and data-rich products, and a willingness to grow your technical depth
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent product experience that meets business, technical, and compliance needs
- Collaborative and approachable — able to build trust with cross-functional teams

- Experience working with analytics, AI, personalization, or experimentation platforms is a plus
