Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and orchestrate complex, multi-year global programs spanning product delivery, service delivery, and enterprise enablement. This role is central to aligning Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Services through a robust PMO operating model, while enabling scale through automation, ERP integration, and emerging agentic PMO capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of program leadership, ERP exposure (SAP or equivalent), stakeholder management excellence, and Brazil market context, including familiarity with Brazil tax reforms.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Leadership
Lead large, complex programs involving product development, service delivery, and customer enablement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Establish and operate a centralized PMO governing execution across multiple workstreams, geographies, and vendors.
Define program governance, operating cadence, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting.
Global Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary orchestration layer across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams.
Drive clarity of ownership, dependencies, milestones, and decision rights across highly matrixed global teams.
Present concise, executive-level updates and decision briefs to senior leadership.
PMO Tooling, Automation & Intelligence
Design, implement, and run a centralized PMO toolset, integrating systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, and financial systems.
Drive automation of program tracking, dependency management, risk alerts, and executive dashboards.
Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Explore and operationalize agentic PMO concepts, including AI-assisted planning, predictive risk management, and intelligent status reporting.
ERP & Compliance Enablement
Work closely with ERP-centric product and service teams (SAP or equivalent) to ensure program alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with compliance and tax teams to support initiatives related to Brazil tax reforms, ensuring readiness across product and service delivery.
Execution Excellence
Ensure disciplined execution using industry-standard methodologies (PMP / PMI, hybrid Agile-Waterfall as appropriate).
Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, metrics, and governance models.
Required Qualifications
PMP Certification (mandatory).
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
12+ years of experience in program management / PMO leadership within enterprise software, ERP, or complex services environments.
Proven experience managing programs that combine product delivery, service delivery, and commercial enablement.
Strong exposure to SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
Demonstrated success in complex global stakeholder management across functions and regions.
Hands-on experience setting up and running centralized PMO tools and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Brazil tax reforms and their impact on enterprise systems and services.
Experience integrating PMO platforms with Salesforce, JIRA, financial systems, and other delivery tools.
Exposure to or strong interest in agentic PMO / AI-enabled program management.
Experience operating in global, multi-country delivery models.
Experience in managing multi-location (country) based teams for a successful delivery.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Language
- Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
