Your mission**
You will be responsible for all Investor Relations topics at Bitpanda, owning and shaping the IR function end-to-end. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors and selected external stakeholders, driving clear, consistent communication and a compelling long-term value creation narrative. Working closely with Finance and Senior Leadership, you will operate autonomously in a high-ownership role, partnering cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
What you’ll do
- Own and steer the Investor Relations function end-to-end, operating independently
- Build and manage trusted relationships with existing and prospective investors, and key external stakeholders
- Shape and communicate a clear, compelling company and investment narrative aligned with company strategy
- Lead preparation of investor materials and strategic updates in close partnership with Finance and Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on investor perspectives, expectations, and capital markets dynamics
Who you are
- You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Investor Relations
- You’re comfortable operating autonomously and setting direction without close supervision
- You have strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, especially around financial performance
- You’re a confident senior-stakeholder partner with excellent communication skills
- You’re structured, reliable, and thrive in roles with high ownership and visibility
