Seeking a highly motivated Finance & Strategy Associate to perform financial and strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders helping them to make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offs
- Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
- Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards
- Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long term strategic plan
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities
- Engage with the business on cross functional strategic projects
Skills and Experience
- A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline
- 2+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company considered a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL preferred
