Job Title: Growth Product Manager

Department: Product & Growth
Location: On-Site — H-12, NSTP, Islamabad

About ImagineArt

We're redefining how the world creates and designs.

ImagineArt is one of the fastest-growing GenAI companies in the world. We've scaled faster than most funded startups — with zero outside funding.

  • $35M+ ARR crossed this year

  • 100M+ social impressions

  • Built and shipped our own image generation model, now ranked #3 globally for photo realism

No funding. No shortcuts. Just a sharp, driven team building one of the strongest GenAI products in the world — and we're just getting started.

If you want to build something that truly matters, work with exceptionally smart people, and grow at a pace most companies never experience, ImagineArt is the place.

Job Summary

We're building AI products used by millions. ImagineArt is one of the top AI creative platforms globally. Both are growing fast, bootstrapped, profitable. We need someone who owns growth through data — not someone who makes dashboards and waits for applause.

You sit at the intersection of data, product, and engineering. You find what's broken in the funnel, figure out why, design the fix, and work with engineers to ship it. Then you measure whether it worked. Repeat, across 10 things simultaneously.

You're not support staff. You own metrics. Retention, activation, conversion, monetization — these are your problems now.

What You'll Do

  • Dig into product data at scale — events, schemas, raw queries, not drag-and-drop tools

  • Own growth experiments end to end — hypothesis, design, execution, analysis

  • Work directly with engineering to ship changes, not just recommend them

  • Run A/B tests, interpret results, and make the call

  • Build and maintain analytics infrastructure — event tracking, dashboards, alerting

  • Identify retention and activation levers and obsess over moving them

  • Use AI aggressively to move 5x faster than a traditional analyst

What We're Looking For

  • Strong SQL, comfortable with complex schemas and raw event data

  • You've actually shipped things, not just analyzed them

  • Can hold 20 threads in your head without dropping any

  • Uses AI tools daily — not as a novelty, as a multiplier

  • Thinks in funnels, cohorts, and experiments, not just averages

  • Communicates clearly — can tell an engineer what to build and tell leadership what's working

  • Thrives in fast, ambiguous, high-ownership environments

  • Bonus: Python, dbt, LangFuse, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Firebase experience

What This Is NOT

  • A reporting role where you pull weekly numbers

  • A slow-moving corporate analytics seat

  • A role where someone tells you what to analyze

Company Culture

  • Impact: Opportunity to work on innovative AI products like ImagineArt, shaping the future of creativity and user interaction

  • Team: Be part of a passionate, fast-moving team that values innovation and data-driven decisions

  • Growth: A culture where learning, growth, and experimenting with new ideas are deeply encouraged
