Real Estate Operations Specialist (U.S. Market)
Are you a seasoned Real Estate professional who understands the mechanics of the U.S. property market? We are seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Operations Specialist to act as a high-level execution partner for our North American clients. This is a role for a "closer"—someone who can navigate specialized property platforms, conduct deep market research, and bridge the gap between a lead and a finalized deal.
Your mission is to maximize executive output by owning the logistics of property listings, outreach, and market analysis. If you have a background in Real Estate Acquisitions, Leasing, or Property Analytics and want a stable, high-energy career, we want to see your profile.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Market Outreach: Manage high-volume communication with homeowners and potential leads, representing the client with a professional and persuasive executive voice.
Advanced Market Intelligence: Utilize specialized U.S. platforms (Zillow, Redfin, PropStream, or MLS) to run comparables, analyze trends, and identify high-value opportunities.
Operational Momentum: Monitor the entire property lifecycle—from initial contact to closing—ensuring no transaction stalls in the pipeline.
Standardizing Excellence: Convert successful outreach scripts and research workflows into structured SOPs and training modules for the wider team.
Portfolio Coordination: Oversee property listings and documentation, ensuring all data, high-resolution media, and contracts are accurately maintained.
Cross-Border Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. vendors, contractors, and field agents to ensure seamless operational flow.
English Fluency: Advanced English (C1/C2) – You’re comfortable writing and speaking professionally.
Direct U.S. Experience: Proven track record supporting U.S.-based real estate firms, investors, or brokers.
Industry Expertise: 2+ years of dedicated experience in the real estate sector (Acquisitions, Inside Sales, or Property Management).
Closing Mindset: Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting monthly KPIs.
Work Schedule: Full-time availability (40 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST).
Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
Full-time Salary: Competitive compensation with professional stability, an indefinite employment contract from day one + all legal benefits.
Healthcare: Comprehensive private health insurance (EPS) coverage.
US-Based Exposure: Direct experience working within the U.S. business ecosystem and multicultural teams.
Training: Ongoing development and growth opportunities within the MOD ecosystem.
Modern Workspace: A collaborative, high-tech AI-focused office environment in the heart of San Isidro’s financial district.
