We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and organized individual to join our Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Post Market Operations Team. In this role, you will be supporting the identification and execution of multiple operations projects across the following operational areas:
• Product Lifecycle Management
• Margin Improvement
• Portfolio and SKU Optimization
• Business Continuity
• SOGL Reduction
• End to End Value Stream Mapping
This role will focus on giving you opportunities to develop your project management and leadership skills while having a direct and material impact on PVH’s released product portfolio.
You will provide leadership for cross functional initiatives partnering with internal stakeholders across our Global Operations and Supply Chain teams and the PVH Operating Unit.
U.S. Candidates: This role offers a flexible work style that may include a combination of onsite and remote work. Please note that flexible arrangements are not guaranteed for all positions and may change over time based on business needs and facility space. Future adjustments could include transitioning to full-time onsite.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop a governance and structure to track and manage project milestones and providing regular report outs to PVH leadership
- Lead teams and identify milestones required for execution and track and report out on their execution
- Partner with our internal Value Stream Managers, Manufacturing Sites, Supply Chain Planners, and other PVH Operations functions to build and execute inventory health and SOGL reduction strategies
- Work cross functionally with global manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, quality, marketing, and regulatory affairs to identify and execute opportunities for Value Stream Transformation, margin improvement, and portfolio optimization
- Support ideation activity for Portfolio Optimization improvement and PLM opportunities across the PVH network and help to build follow on projects (SKU optimization, inventory management, design changes, etc.)
- Work to support cost down and margin improvement activities within the PVH portfolio to include Value Analysis/Value Engineering, supplier optimization, and other global operations strategic programs
- Support the PVH operations team with running and executing business continuity projects as required
- Provide effective information flow and communications, as you work across impacted functions ensuring all stakeholders are informed on milestones and progress to plan
- Assess issues and risks, while developing resolutions and mitigations in order to meet strategic goals
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience in operations (manufacturing, engineering, process development, operations excellence sourcing, or supply chain)
- Experience with reporting, program and/or portfolio management/skills, and managing through risk mitigations.
- Experience in project/program management in medical industry and/or medical device industry
- PMP, PgPM, PfPM, Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Strong presentation skills, both delivery and development
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, Project, Teams)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$100,000.00 - $150,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
