Social Media & Content Manager (Entrepreneurial)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to own our content engine. You will take the raw ideas from our consulting work and turn them into a consistent online presence. You aren't just a "poster", you are a project manager for our digital brand who understands how to scale content through systems and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Workflow Management: Coordinate the production lifecycle for social posts, emails, and newsletters.
- Creative Execution: Use Canva to create high-quality graphics/thumbnails; perform basic video editing for short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
- Contractor Management: Identify and manage specialized creative talent (high-end editors, designers) on Upwork to supplement your output.
- Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, hooks, and newsletter copy that aligns with the founders’ voices.
- Distribution: Manage posting schedules across platforms and ensure all assets are organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing social media for B2B consulting, personal brands, or agencies.
- Tool Kit: Expert-level Canva skills; proficiency in CapCut/Adobe Premiere (or similar); comfortable with Notion for content calendars.
- Strategic Growth: Ability to look at metrics and suggest pivots in content strategy.
- Strong English copywriting skills with a "hook-driven" mindset.
